Sundridge Park Mansion

Site Sensitivities: Listed Building / Green Belt

Sundridge Park Mansion is a Grade I Listed former hotel. When the previous house on the site was demolished around 1796 John Nash became involved in the project to create a new build house alongside landscape architect Humphrey Repton who was already working on the site. Repton & Nash collaborated on various country house schemes from 1796-1800, the relationship broke down after an argument over Brighton Pavilion and Nash abandoned Sundridge as a shell. He was replaced by Samuel Wyatt who completed the roof and undertook the interiors.

Shaw & Jagger have worked with the developer client to refurbish and convert the building to create a bespoke residential development set within the existing landscaped grounds.
