Steven's experience has seen him complete a number of large city centre residential apartment schemes and commercial projects for private developers and clients. Having recently been involved in the master planning of residential schemes across the UK from new 250 unit 'model villages' through to small sympathetic developments as part of enabling development for the conversion of listed properties Steven is able to provide a holistic approach to design. Often working alongside the client, Steven is able to provide commercially viable yet sensitively designed proposals to meet the needs of both the client and end user.
