Eastbrook Hall, Little Germany, Bradford
The redevelopment of Eastbrook Hall was a key project in the regeneration of the historic Little Germany area of Bradford. The stunning Edwardian facades of the original building were retained and restored as part of plans to redevelop the site to provide 73 apartments around a central courtyard as well as retail and office space. Formally a Methodist meeting hall, the building suffered a major fire and stood derelict for over 10 years. The almost £12m project was funded via an innovative public / private sector partnership and was completed in November 2008 securing the building for future generations.
